RMA Request: All RMA request will be done online by filling out a form. Please visit www.shopupd.com/rma-request.com to fill out a return request form. Our RMA department will review your request and respond back within 2 business days. Once approved you will need to write the RMA assigned number on the outside of the package and ship the phone, original packaging and accessories back to UPD. The address needs to be shipped to our corporate office with it addressed to the RMA department. If the package is not addressed to the RMA department then your package will be declined. Reaching out to your customer service representative on the status of the request/package will only prolong the RMA process.
Electronic Devices such as Cell Phones and Broadband Devices: Posh devices carry a 90-day warranty through UPD from the date an item was sold to the merchant. All other cell phone brands, broadband devices, tablets etc., are covered by a 60-day warranty from the date an item was sold to the merchant. Unlimited Prepay Distribution (UPD) with discretion will repair, replace, or issue store credit for all approved and accepted returned merchandise. All returns must be submitted to UPD for approval prior to return. Ship only approved handsets listed for RMA approval; all other handsets will not be eligible.
SIM Cards: All SIM card sales are final and returns are not accepted.
Accessories: All forms of accessories including, but not limited to phone cases, pouches, protective gear, chargers, batteries, headphones, ear buds, memory cards, etc., are not covered by warranty and will not be approved for return.
Merchandise Inspection: UPD inspects all merchandise prior to shipping or delivery, making sure box contents are complete. Devices must be returned exactly as they were sold and must contain all original accessories (charger, ear buds, battery etc,) or they will not be accepted.
Devices diagnosed with the following conditions will be rejected:
• Cosmetic damage
• Liquid damage
• Broken parts, due to mishandle of device (physical abuse)
• Bent or broken battery or SIM slot pins and/or charging port
• Missing parts and/or associated accessories or manuals
• Flashed/programmed handsets that result in handset being unusable (iCloud locked, password locked, etc) and/or invalid IMEI’s or ESN’s.
• IMEI’s or ESN’s not matching the one(s) submitted for RMA approval.
Liability: Unlimited Prepay Distribution (UPD) is a re-seller of electronic devices. Therefore UPD, its agents, and affiliates will not be held liable for potential problems that may arise from shipping delays, errors in shipping, data loss, or during shipping. Items attempted to be returned for cosmetic defects will not be accepted.
What to ship: If a return is approved it will be assigned an RMA number. When shipping the return, the RMA number assigned on the RMA approval notification needs to be written on the outside of the box, it must also be shipped in the original box and complete with all accessories that came with it. Items approved for return MUST be received at our facility within 14 calendar days from the approval date. Items received after the 14 days will be rejected and the customer will be required to pay for shipping costs if they want the items back. If the return is still under warranty after the 14 days a customer may resubmit the return for RMA approval.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE ADDRESSED TO THE RMA DEPARTMENT. RETURNS NOT ADDRESSED TO THE RMA DEPARTMENT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE REJECTED.
All rejected or ineligible returns will become the property of Unlimited Prepay Distribution if not claimed within 30 days from when the rejection notification was issued. Unlimited Prepay Distribution may make changes and updates to its policies and procedures at any time without notification.
Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise to our Online Returns address above within 30 days from the ship date.
We will refund the return shipping costs if a copy of the shipping receipt is placed within the return package. We recommend using a carrier service that provides tracking. Please note: only standard carrier services will be refunded.
Upon receipt of your return, our Online Returns Department will inspect your merchandise. We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, at no cost, as long as the merchandise is available. If the merchandise is not available, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase. Refunds are determined by the payment method that was used. Products that were purchased using a credit card could take up to 10 business days for your refund to be posted to your account.
